By downloading, installing, or using the Plant Identifier application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

Plant Identifier is a plant identification application that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help users identify plants and vegetation through images. The app provides:

• Plant identification through captured or uploaded images
• Detailed information about identified plant species
• Weather information based on the user’s location
• Plant care and tracking features

3. App Permissions and Access

To fully use the features of the app, we require the following permissions:

• Camera Access: Allows you to capture plant photos directly for identification and analysis.
• Photo Library Access: Allows you to select existing plant images from your device for analysis and identification.
• Location Access: Allows the app to provide precise weather information based on your current location, enabling suitable plant care recommendations.

You may refuse any of these permissions; however, some features of the app may not function properly or may become limited.

5. User Content

When you upload images or other content to the app, you agree that:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us the right to use the content to provide and improve our services
• You ensure that the content does not violate any third-party rights
• You will not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission

While we strive to provide the most accurate plant identification results, the information provided by the app is for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not responsible for any decisions made based on the app’s information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profit related to the use of the app
• Service interruptions or technical errors
• Actions of other users

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated terms within the app or sending a notification. Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we deem harmful to the app or other users.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in competent courts in Vietnam.
